Men, Massage & Being Fully Alive

Why start a blog?

Its 15 Years since I took any interest in massage and I subsequently enrolled on massage training programmes. When my training was completed I was able to offer a professional service. As I work alone at home in a dedicated room it was only safe for me to welcome men as clients, a downside of the single worker situation which precluded me using the experience I had gained from massaging women in my training.

In 15 years I have laid my hands on hundreds of men. Many have returned so I assume they have appreciated the service they received, and many wrote reviews in response. For me what started as a simple delivery of massages to clients gradually started to change as I felt increasingly that not only was I learning from men I massaged, but that I was also changing and being changed in the process.

When I saw that Guysway had started a blog I thought I might share some of my experience in a blog. The intention is not a marketing ploy to attract more clients but hopefully a place to raise an interest in man on man massage, for exchange of ideas in both directions, about men, massage, and being fully alive which was there at the heart of the naming of my website. I will be looking at what western and eastern massages offer and how they differ,  what men have been revealing and teaching me through the years In have been offering massage, and the lessons men might benefit taking from this experience.
